Alex is the most brilliant coach. In just a few weeks of training with him, I already feel stronger and fitter in myself. His calm yet encouraging manner spurs me on to achieve the best I can in each session, even if i've come feeling tired or not in the mood. He adapts all the exercises to suit your particular abilities so you never feel like anything is too hard to try. Alex even includes some games to switch it up and keep it fun. I couldn't recommend his bootcamp more highly.
